Stuart Young

Chief Legal Officer

Stuart leads the legal function for ¼«Æ·Ì½»¨, providing advice on the full range of government contracting issues.  He supervises company litigation and also provides support in the areas of labor and employment law, compliance, export control, and international law.

Prior to working at ¼«Æ·Ì½»¨ and AECOM, Stuart worked at DynCorp where he worked on Government contract issues including bid protests and contract disputes.  At DynCorp, Stuart also worked on commercial and international transactions.

Stuart worked at the General Services Administration from 1984 – 1992, handling GAO and GSBCA bid protests and appeals, as well as contract formation, contract administration, cost and pricing issues, and issues relating to GSA Multiple Award Schedules.

Stuart earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Rochester in 1978 and a Juris Doctorate with Honors from George Washington University in 1982.
